I recently transferred to Buena Vista a few months ago and I have to say my last clinic was great so I was super concerned about transferring but once I got to Buena Vista I realized there was no reason for concern whatsoever! The staff there are amazing, VERY helpful, and genuinely care about the patients which is a huge deal. Everyone's bedside manner there is awesome including the doctor. Every morning im greeted and made to feel welcome. If I have to bring my 2 small children with me then the staff always welcomes them as well and the nice nurse who Greets you when you walk in even gives them a snack or candy etc.!!!!(my kids actually look forward to going with me😂) One of my favorite things about this clinic is its patient size, its not overcrowded one bit so its very personable and makes you feel like they legitimately concentrate on each patient. Everyone there from the nurses to doctors to counselors at Buena Vista are top notch at what they do so I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get some help!!!!
